Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Saksham Skills Development Academy ("the Academy"). These Terms and Conditions govern your child's enrollment and participation in our educational programs, including Abacus training, mental math, and associated events.

By enrolling your child or utilizing our services (both online and offline), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

• Enrollment is open to students generally between the ages of 1st to 9th standard, subject to evaluation by our instructors.
• Admission is confirmed only upon the successful completion of the registration form and the realization of the initial fee payment.
• The Academy reserves the right to decline admission or refuse service to anyone at our discretion without assigning a reason.

• All course fees, registration fees, and material costs must be paid in advance according to the agreed schedule.
• Non-Refundable Policy: Fees once paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including absence, relocation, or discontinuation of the course mid-term.
• Late payments may result in the temporary suspension of the student's portal access or exclusion from physical/online classes until dues are cleared.
• Cost of physical Abacus tools, workbooks, or replacement materials are billed separately unless explicitly stated in the package.

Consistent practice is the core of Abacus training. We expect parents to ensure regular attendance.

• Students must be punctual for both online and offline classes. Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may be denied entry to avoid disrupting the session.
• Leaves of absence must be communicated to the Academy administration in advance.
• The Academy is not obligated to provide makeup classes for unexcused absences. Makeup classes are solely at the discretion of the instructor and subject to batch availability.

All teaching methodologies, curriculum structures, books, practice sheets, videos, digital tools (including the Abacus Tool portal), and brand assets belong exclusively to Saksham Skills Development Academy.

• Recording of live online classes by students/parents is strictly prohibited.
• Course materials provided to the student are for their personal educational use only. They may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or sold.

• Students must maintain discipline, respect peers, and adhere to the instructor's guidelines during sessions.
• For online classes, students are expected to keep their cameras on and have a quiet, distraction-free environment. Parental supervision is recommended for younger children to ensure they are on task.
• The Academy reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any student who exhibits continuous disruptive behavior, without fee refund.

By enrolling, parents grant Saksham Skills Development Academy permission to use photographs, videos, or achievements of the student taken during classes, award ceremonies, or competitions for promotional purposes on social media, websites, and print materials.

If you wish to opt-out of this media release, you must provide a written request to the administration prior to the commencement of classes.

The Academy reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms and Conditions, curriculum structures, or fee schedules at any time. Changes will be communicated to active parents via official communication channels.
